Have four kids and an adult on stage, give them all a pirate hat, and have them walk, talk, dance, and sing like a pirate. It's an older kids' trick, though, so for a family show, I make it the final effect in a "How to be a Pirate" competition. A treasure chest production is good, and Buccaneer Booty - already mentioned also uses a nice treasure chest, and has a good pirate theme. Ahoy!
